Open to all artists 16 years of age and older Participation is open to all techniques of watercolor.

Number of submit paintings : 1 or 2

Participaion Fee:

Participation for 1 painting : Euro 60 & for 2 paintings Euro 100 for Group entries (minimum 8 artists)(Includes: Registration fee, Catalog, Certificate of participation, exhibition space, administration fee, advertising material ,Online promotion, Awards)

Individual participation : 100 Euro for 1 painting ,140 Euro for 2 paintings.

Georgian Citizen Artist : Participation for 1 painting : GEL 130 & for 2 paintings GEL 200 (Includes: Registration fee, Catalog, Certificate of participation, exhibition space, administration fee, costs of organizing , advertising material ,Online promotion, Awards)

Individual Participants for Full program, 1 to 6 June 2023: Euro 600/ 6 Nights & 7 Days

(Includes:Hotel share room in separate beds with Breakfast,6 Lunch at Restaurant, transportation,Tours, Workshop,Plain Air,One Museum tour )

Only in Catalog Euro 30 (Includes: Catalog, Certificate of participation)

Note: Advance for Application Registration 150 €, Rest of Deposit at the 1st day of Festiva

Not Includes: Airport Transportation,Extra Stay at Hotel,Any personal expenses.

Shipping Of Artworks: Artist need to send their original works to Tbilisi,Georgia before 30 April 2023.Via EMS Post.

Note:Please don't put any commercial value of painting package when you will send the painting package.

Cancellation and Refund policy:

1-In any Case The Exhibition will cancels the festival ,Organizer will pay back the advance money.

2- In case a participant artist cancels his/her participation, the advance isn’t refundable.

Rules & Regulations:

The organizer reserves the right to amend the program of the rules and regulations. Should there be disputes, the organizer reserves the right to the final decision. Organizer does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to paintings during shipping from artists.
